Can I get an advance copy of a text not yet adopted and consequently unavailable in my copy of the European Phamacopoeia? (Copy)

Apart from drafts published in Pharmeuropa, it is not possible to get an advance copy of a text. Working documents are not publicly available. The only exception is companies, who have actively contributed to the elaboration of the monograph, may receive a copy.
