New and revised texts are published in issues (formerly supplements) of the Ph. Eur. following adoption by the European Pharmacopoeia Commission (EPC). Ph. Eur. issues also contain corrected texts. The monographs of the Ph. Eur. are legally binding official standards.

Texts published in Pharmeuropa are drafts published for public enquiry.
