Access to the Standard Terms database is free, and login details may be shared among colleagues, but it is important to remember that each Standard Terms account is linked to an individual EDQM registration account. Therefore, while it is not obligatory, it is recommended that each user has their own Standard Terms account linked to their own EDQM registration account.
