Cancellations or modifications can only be accepted within 24 hours from when the order confirmation email is sent by the EDQM. After this time, you will not be able to modify or cancel your order and you will remain financially liable for it.

Cancellation or modification requests can be sent via the EDQM HelpDesk. In the subject line, please write “Cancellation” or “Modification”purchase order number if you have not received an order confirmation.
