We invite you to check the publication dates on our website EDQM or the EDQM Store in case some of the issues have not yet been published. We will send any missing publications once they are published and in stock.

However, if the missing issue(s) have already been published, please contact the EDQM HelpDesk to check if there was a mistake in the order preparation. For information on how to use the EDQM HelpDesk, please see the HelpDesk User Manual.

We remind you that our invoices are due 30 days end of the month or in advance (please check the date on the invoice), even if some issues have not yet been published or sent. Shipment of pending issues may be suspended in the event of a payment delay.
