The print versions of the 11th Edition and its supplements were published without change marks.
In the Ph. Eur. Online, change marks are represented by bright/light green arrow boxes for introduced or modified text and dark green arrow boxes for removed text.There is a tool to switch off and on change marks in texts for improved readability of revised and corrected texts. This is also documented in the user manual for the 11th Edition and the user manual for the new Ph. Eur. Online platform, in the section Toolbar: description of each tool.
