Answer:
Licence policy
Users can only access the Ph. Eur. content and archives if they have a valid licence.
Each licence is linked to a licence key (EPID). Licences cover 1 to n seats, providing access to the European Pharmacopoeia Online for 365 days from the date of licence key activation for the specified number of seats.
Each individual user can use their seat to access the website on all common operating systems, limited to one session at a time.
When accessing the Ph. Eur. Online, a seat is assigned to a named user and cannot be shared.
A licence owner can manage a licence key and associated seats without using up one of the seats for this purpose.
Single sign-on access across EDQM platforms
Single sign-on provides access to several websites: Ph. Eur. Online, Pharmeuropa Online and the Formularies. Users must have an EDQM account (email address and password), which they can use to access the different websites. Once signed in to one of the websites, users will automatically be signed in to all of the other websites for which they are registered without needing to re-enter login details during the same session.
For a comprehensive list of functionalities, please refer to the Ph. Eur. Online User Manual.
