FR How are the panels shipped?

Panels are packed at the EDQM and transported under validated conditions via carrier. The preferred method of shipment is door-to-door, so it is important that participants provide the EDQM with their opening hours.

It is the responsibility of the participating BE to check with the relevant authorities if an import permit is needed for the shipment.

Once the parcel has been sent, participants will receive a dispatch note with the tracking details and a link to track the progress of their order.

Note: Airport consignment to the airport nearest to the BE can be considered in exceptional circumstances.
