Participants can request a new panel:

  • during the experimental phase of the study, if the integrity/storage conditions of the panel have been compromised during shipment;
  • after the experimental phase of the study: the EDQM will make additional panels available to laboratories that are not satisfied with their results and want to test their corrective actions.
