Upon receipt of the panels, participants should use the form to record if:

  • all samples on the shipment note were received;
  • the vials/parcel was received undamaged;
  • dry ice had evaporated or cooling blocks thawed;
  • the samples were thawed;
  • any delays/problems were encountered with customs clearance or with the carrier;
  • any other anomalies occurred.

The link to the AoR form is provided to the participants by email.
