Que se passe-t-il si je dois annuler mon inscription ?

If you have to cancel your registration, you must notify the EDQM’s Public Relations in writing by post or fax, or by e-mail via the link below.

For cancellations up to 31 days before the event, you are entitled to an 80% refund. If the registration fee is still outstanding, you shall pay 20% of the due fee.

For cancellations within 30 days of the event, you are not entitled to a refund. If the registration fee is still outstanding, you shall pay 20% of the due fee.

Substitutions may be made at any time. All substitutions must be received in writing by post or fax, or by e-mail via the link below. If you wish to make a substitution, you (i.e. the enrolled registrant) must send the registration form of the substitute person to the EDQM’s Public Relations at the earliest opportunity.

If you do not come to the event, the EDQM retains the registration fee.
