The European Directorate for the Quality of Medicines & HealthCare (EDQM) of the Council of Europe provides standardised nomenclatures and quality standards for medicinal substances and products, which are published in the European Pharmacopoeia. If the EDQM has no topic for your question, it may fall under the scope of another organisation.
