Yes, by following this process:

  1. Go to ‘Options > Advanced > Preferences’ (or press F12);
  2. In the ‘Weight Function, m = ’ field, write n*((1-y)*m+y*(1-m))/(m*(1-m))^2.

This will give you the minimum²  estimates of the regression parameters (See example).

Remark: this example illustrates the possibilities offered by CombiStats. The default method – which is also the method of choice in the European Pharmacopoeia – is estimation by Maximum Likelihood.
