Where can I find the documents I need to proceed with customs duties?

Answer:

Copies of commercial invoices, customs invoices, dispatch notes and certificates of origin can be downloaded from the links at the bottom of the dispatch notice email.

A certificate of origin for each product, complying with US guidelines, can be downloaded from the Ph. Eur. reference standards database.

Safety Data Sheets (SDS), where applicable, can be accessed via the Ph. Eur. reference standards database.

A copy of the airway bill can only be obtained on request via the EDQM HelpDesk. For information on how to use the EDQM HelpDesk, please see the HelpDesk User Manual.

All original documents (airway bills, customs invoices, dispatch notes, certificates of origin, SDS, permits) are attached to the parcel.
