If you have provided an email address with your order, we will email you an order confirmation, usually within 2 working days. As soon as we have dispatched your order, we will send you another email with the shipping details.

Please bear in mind that shipments with dry ice are usually dispatched only on Mondays, and those with ice only on Mondays and Tuesdays. Dangerous goods are only shipped following agreement with the airline or the forwarder. Controlled substances are only shipped after all necessary documentation and authorisation have been received.
