Companies should ensure that their organisation name and (site) location address(es) given to the EDQM are the same as those published in the SPOR OMS. If companies wish to amend their address, they should first have the change approved in the SPOR OMS and then submit an immediate notification to EDQM.

 In order to avoid confusion, mistakes and complaints linked to misaligned data, which can lead to significant inconvenience for all stakeholders, the EDQM uses the data entered in the SPOR OMS.
