Panels are packed at the EDQM and transported under validated conditions via carrier. The preferred method of shipment is door-to-door, so it is important that participants provide the EDQM with their opening hours.

It is the responsibility of the participating BE to check with the relevant authorities if an import permit is needed for the shipment.

Once the parcel has been sent, participants will receive a dispatch note with the tracking details and a link to track the progress of their order.

Les panels sont emballés à l’EDQM et expédiés par transporteur, dans des conditions validées. Le transport de porte-à-porte est le mode d’expédition privilégié. Il est donc important que les participants précisent leurs horaires d’ouverture à l’EDQM.

Il incombe aux ES participants de se renseigner auprès des Autorités compétentes pour savoir si un permis d’importation est nécessaire pour l’expédition.

Une fois le colis expédié, les participants reçoivent un avis d’expédition avec les informations de suivi et un lien leur permettant de suivre l’avancement de leur commande.
