If you have provided an e-mail email address with your order, we will normally e-mail email you an order confirmation, usually within 2 working days of receipt of the order. As soon as we have dispatched your order, we will e-mail you the reference details of your shipment to allow you to track your order.

Please bear Bear in mind that shipments with dry - ice are usually dispatched only on Mondays, and those with ice only on Mondays and Tuesdays. Dangerous goods are only shipped following agreement with the airline or the forwarder. Controlled substances are only shipped after all necessary documentation and authorisation has have been received.
