Les recommandations du Comité d’Experts sur la classification des médicaments en matière de leur délivrance sont accessibles en cliquant sur l’onglet Search de la base de données Melclass.

Si vous connaissez la classification anatomico-thérapeutico-chimique (« code ATC »)) de la substance active qui vous intéresse, sélectionnez le code ATC dans la barre de recherche « Select ATC », puis cliquez sur « Search ». Vous pouvez faire défiler la liste de codes ATC ou saisir les premiers caractères du code pour trouver rapidement la substance active que vous recherchez.

Si vous connaissez la dénomination commune internationale (« DCI ») de la substance active qui vous intéresse, sélectionnez-la dans la barre de recherche « Select INN » (section « Filters »), puis cliquez sur « Search ». Vous pouvez faire défiler la liste de DCI ou saisir les premiers caractères de la DCI pour trouver rapidement la substance active que vous recherchez.

Si vous ne connaissez ni le code ATC ni la DCI de la substance active que vous recherchez, vous les trouverez dans l’index ATC/DDD (en anglais uniquement

If you know the Anatomical Therapeutic Chemical (ATC) classification (i.e. the classification of active ingredients of medicinal products according to the organ or system on which they act and their therapeutic, pharmacological and chemical properties) of the active ingredient you are interested in, you can select the corresponding ATC code in the “Select ATC” search-bar (Filters section) and then click on Search.

If you know the International Non-proprietary Name (INN) i.e. the unique and universally available designated name of the active ingredient you are interested in, you can select the corresponding INN in the “Select INN” search-bar (Filters section) and then click on Search.
If you do not know the ATC code or the INN of the active ingredient of interest, you can consult the ATC/DDD Index that is available on the website of the WHO Collaborating Centre for Drug Statistics Methodology (URL: http://www.whocc.no/atc_ddd_index/ ).
