Starting with the 11th Edition, changes are no longer visible in the print version of the Ph. Eur. They can still be seen in the online version. If you have access to the latter, you will notice that there is a new tool to switch off and on track-change markup in texts for improved readability of revised and corrected texts. This is also documented in the user manual in the section Toolbar and shortcuts.
