If you are already a client but you do not have an account for the EDQM Store

- Click on ‘My Account’ on the EDQM Store home page and then on the ‘Existing Customer ?’ button.

- Complete the ‘EDQM Store request form’ and click on ‘Send’. The form is automatically sent to the EDQM. If you last ordered from us more than 18 months ago, we will ask you to fill out the same form as our new clients.

Your EDQM Store account will be created within 2 working days of your request. You will be notified by email.

New customer

 - Click on ‘My Account’ on the EDQM Store home page and then on the ‘New Customer ?’ button.

- Complete the ‘Customer Information Form’ and click on ‘Send’. The form is automatically attached to an email to be sent to the EDQM.

Your EDQM Store account will be created within 2 working days of your request. You will be notified by email.
