• Users can navigate between various panels to enter data, select analysis options, visualise analysis tables and graphs or consult the audit trail. A series of pop-up messages/tips and a comprehensive user manual with complementary notes for guidance are also available to accompany users through the application.
  • Users can create analysis templates and set the level of protection for their records as part of their routine analyses. In addition, the assay layout can be copied/reproduced by the show design option, while blank results can be entered in an additional table.
  • Several analysis models are available, including parallel lines and slope ratio analysis or the 4/5-parameter logistic models for sigmoid curves. Single-dose assays can be analysed using a limit test, and potency results can be combined according to the approaches described in Ph. Eur. general chapter 3.
  • Statistical reports, including the audit trail, can be exported locally as PDF documents. Further analysis results, used for example to reproduce regression plots, can also be exported in Excel format.
