The CEP holder and all sites involved in the production of the substance covered by the CEP after the introduction of the starting material(s) will be listed in the hybrid CEP with their name, full address and SPOR/OMS Organisation (ORG) and Location (LOC) ID. If any of these details is changed, a revised CEP will be issuedLe titulaire du CEP et tous les sites impliqués dans la fabrication de la substance couverte par le CEP à compter de l’introduction de la ou des matières premières seront inscrits dans le CEP hybride avec leur nom, leur adresse complète et les identifiants SPOR/OMS de leur organisation (ORG) et de leur emplacement (LOC). En cas de modification de l’un de ces éléments, un CEP révisé sera délivré.
