To participate in an EDQM webinar, the following system requirements need to be met.
You can also find useful information in the GoTo Webinar Attendee GuideIf you wish to connect to audio using VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) you will need a fast Internet connection, a microphone and speakers. A USB headset is recommended. The VoIP connection is free. You are strongly advised to work with your IT Department to ensure your computer can receive the webinar.
Electronic devices, such as Blackberries and iPhones, can affect microphone and speaker devices. Move any electronic handheld devices away from your microphone and speakers.
