You can place an order to either:

1) Create a workspace

    You have to indicate the number of user accesses (seats) you require.

    Please note that users of a given workspace can collaborate with each other but not with users of another workspace.

2) Renew an existing licence (workspace)

    You can take the opportunity to change (increase or decrease) the number of seats.

3) Add extra seats to an existing licence

    You can place this order at any time.

You will receive a new activation code (CSID) for every order you place.

Go to the CombiStats online application and click on Sign in on the right of the menu bar. In the authentication window, click on Forgot your password?. Enter your e-mail address and click on Send password reset e-mail.

An e-mail will immediately be sent to your mailbox with a link to reset your password. If you do not receive an e-mail, please make sure you entered the e-mail address you originally registered with and check your spam folderBe aware that this will not extend the validity of your workspace for another year, this will only extend the number of seats.
