Cancellations or modifications can only be accepted within 24 hours from when the order confirmation email is sent by the EDQM. After this time, you will not be able to modify or cancel your order and you will remain financially liable for it.

Cancellation or modification requests can be sent by clicking on this link. In the subject line, please write “Cancellation” or “Modification”, followed by the order confirmation number or your purchase order number if you have not received an order confirmation.

An order confirmation will usually be sent to you by email within 2-3 working days, thoughit may take slightly longer to receive the confirmation during certain periods (such as at the beginning of the year due to our annual closure. If you believe your order has not been processed you can contact us via the EDQM HelpDesk. Do not forward us any confirmation emails or resend your order. You will be financially responsible for any duplicate orders that are processed as new orders.
