If the licence owner is still working for your company, they can transfer ownership of the licence to another user. .

If the licence owner has left the company and you are the new designated licence owner, proceed as follows:

• If you do not yet have aEur. online account, create one on the Ph. Eur. website
• Once the account has been created, contact us via the EDQM HelpDesk to request a transfer of the licence ownership to your account. Please include the EPID code associated with the subscription in your request. If the subscription has expired, you will need to purchase a new one.
