After registering, you will receive an automatic email with instructions on how to join the webinar. From the confirmation email select “Join Webinar”.

If you register after the webinar has already started, provided there are places left, you will join the ongoing webinar directly.

You will then have two options:

  1. Join in this browser (recommended): this will open the session in your web browser.
  2. Download and open the GoTo app.

After choosing your preferred method, select “OK, I'm ready” (if the session has started) or “Join when meeting starts”.  You can access the webinar approximately 10–15 minutes before the scheduled start time. When you join, you will be placed in a virtual “Waiting Room.”
