Pre-requisite: the new licence manager must have an account.

• • Scenario 1a:
    The licence manager (LM) is the only user of the workspace and is still working for the company.
    In this case, the LM can transfer the licence to another user, who will then become the new LM. For more information, consult the User Manual. 
  • Scenario 1b:
    The LM was the only user of the workspace and has left the company.
    In this case, please contact the EDQM HelpDesk to request the transfer of the workspace to a new LM. Please make sure to include the CSID associated with the workspace in your request as well as the e-mail address of the new LM.
  • Scenario 2:
    There are several users of the workspace.
    It is recommended to always have at least two LMs on a subscription with several licences. If one of the LMs leaves the company, the backup LM can grant managing rights to another user.
