Connect to the  EDQM registration site  and log on in using the e-mail email address and password under which you registeredused to register. Select the option ‘List my registered products’, locate the ‘Standard Terms Online (Free Access 2014)’ entry and click on the underlined text. Your username and password will be sent to your e-mail email address.

A link to the  EDQM registration site  is also provided directly in the Standard Terms database via the ‘Profile’ link in the menu at the top-right of the screen.
