Answer:
If the licence owner is still working for your company, they can transfer ownership of the licence to another user. See the 11th Edition User Manual or the User Manual for the new Ph. Eur. Online platform for more information.
If the licence owner has left the company and you have a technical question that is not answered in our FAQ, you can are the new designated licence owner, proceed as follows:
- If you do not yet have a Ph. Eur. online account, create one on the Eur.Online website.
- Once the account has been created, contact us via the EDQM HelpDesk to request a transfer of the licence ownership to your account. Please include the EPID code associated with the licence in your request. If the licence has expired, you will need to purchase a new one.
